TradingLead is a charting, screening and strategy-research workspace for traders, available through a browser and Windows and macOS desktop apps. It connects chart analysis with indicators, historical testing, replay and simulated practice, rather than promising trading signals or guaranteed returns.
The published operator is Shubh TradingLead Pvt. Ltd. The product is available at tradinglead.in; its shared checkout is hosted on contentlead.in. Its public contact email is shubham@tradinglead.in.
Who is TradingLead for?
TradingLead is relevant to Indian-market traders studying charts and screening instruments, learners practising a repeatable analysis process, and developers working on indicators or strategy ideas.
A beginner might start by reading candles and applying an indicator. A more experienced user might screen a watchlist, inspect the chart behind a result, test a strategy and then practise it in a simulated session. An indicator developer can explore supported Pine or Python workflows without treating language compatibility as a given.
The common purpose is research and education. A scan result or attractive backtest is a reason to investigate further, not a recommendation to buy or sell.
Key capabilities
- Chart analysis: Use advanced charts, drawing tools and multi-chart layouts to inspect prices and compare views.
- Technical studies: Work with technical indicators and the Indicator Studio authoring workflow.
- Custom code: Explore Pine Script support and Python indicators, subject to their documented runtime boundaries.
- Screening: Use the stock screener to investigate instruments matching supported rules. The platform membership also includes Custom SQL screening.
- Historical research: Evaluate strategy ideas through backtesting and strategy optimization, examining assumptions rather than just a headline return.
- Practice and review: Use bar replay, paper trading and trade review to study decisions without treating simulations as live fills.
- Workspace tools: Explore alerts, AI workspace and supported AI agent control. An external assistant connection is a Desktop capability, not a feature supplied by ordinary browser tabs.
How the workflow works
Start with a chart or screening question. Choose the instrument, timeframe and data source, then inspect what data actually loaded. Apply a supported study or draw your analysis before moving into testing.
If you backtest, review the sample and execution assumptions. If you practise with replay or paper trading, keep the simulated nature of orders and fills in mind. The aim is to make the reasoning behind an idea more inspectable, not to turn past performance into a forecast.
Data sources are a separate part of that workflow. Cloud charting does not require installing a local broker connector. Own-account broker feeds require the relevant broker connection and data rights. Optional local adapters have their own setup and limits; read broker data feeds before expecting a particular instrument or history range.
Platforms and sign-in
The browser workspace is available at tradinglead.in/charts. TradingLead Desktop adds native tabs and windows, local data adapters, supported native Python capabilities and a connection for external AI assistants.
The public download catalog lists:
- Windows: Intel/AMD x64, Windows 10 or later.
- macOS: Apple Silicon, macOS 12 or later.
Use the official download page for current versions, signing information and installation requirements. A desktop app is not a promise that every workflow works offline: sign-in, cloud features and online providers still require connectivity. No standalone Android or iOS release was verified.
Sign-in supports email OTP and WhatsApp OTP. Users with a verified email can set a password for email/password sign-in. SMS OTP is conditional on platform configuration and is disabled by default.
How TradingLead differs
TradingLead combines charting, screening and strategy research with optional desktop-local tools. Its distinction is the combination of workflows, not a claim that it replaces every specialist charting, broker or coding platform.
The web/desktop split matters. Compatible Python scripts can run in browser WebAssembly, while native packages and TradingLead SDK helpers require Desktop and suitable setup. Likewise, using an external assistant through Desktop is different from built-in browser research tools.
Pine support is also deliberately bounded: TradingLead implements a documented Pine v5/v6 subset, not universal TradingView script compatibility. Check the script's required capabilities before migrating it.

Limitations
Data coverage, depth and live updates depend on the chosen feed. Installing Desktop or paying for Pro does not grant every provider entitlement. Some integrations require separate accounts, keys or runtimes.
Backtests, replay and paper trading are educational simulations. They are not investment advice, guarantees of returns or a substitute for assessing real trading risks.
Limitations
- Market coverage, history and live updates depend on the selected source and its entitlements.
- Pine support is a documented v5/v6 subset, not full TradingView parity.
- Local adapters, external assistant transport and some Python capabilities require Desktop and separate setup.
- No standalone Android or iOS app availability was verified.
- Backtesting and paper trading are educational simulations, not investment advice or profit guarantees.
