Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 5th Nov 2026 (replaces the policy dated 1st Nov 2024)

At Shubh TradingLead Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide valuable tools, resources, and courses through our platforms, TradingLead and SkillTown. Please carefully read our Cancellation and Refund Policy below:

1. Free Trial

  • New TradingLead accounts get a five-day trial from the join date. No payment is taken for the trial, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.

2. Cancelling Automatic Renewal

  • A monthly TradingLead Pro membership renews automatically until you cancel it.
  • You can stop future automatic renewals at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you keep access until then and you will not be charged again.
  • The one-time 30-day pass does not renew automatically, so no cancellation is needed.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

  • Once a payment for a billing period, pass or one-time purchase is completed, that order cannot be cancelled. Please review your purchase before completing the transaction.

4. No Refunds

  • We do not provide refunds for any purchases made on TradingLead or SkillTown, including but not limited to:
    • Tools or scripts
    • Guides, PDFs, or other downloadable resources
    • Subscriptions or memberships, including partially used billing periods after renewal is cancelled
    • Courses
  • This policy is in place to maintain fairness and consistency across all transactions.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
    • If the purchased product/service was not delivered due to a technical issue.
    • If the purchased product/service is significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.
  • Any exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Shubh TradingLead Pvt. Ltd..
